SRS Sjölanders AB is the world leading company within the road-rail technology, with more than 30 years experience of development, design and manufacturing of various kinds of hydrostatically driven road-rail vehicles, including special equipment for maintenance and construction of tracks, track superstructure and overhead contact wire systems.

During the years we have delivered over 500 road-rail vehicles world wide manufactured in accordance with customers specifications and local regulations. 

SRS activities are entirely within the railway industry, in the capacity as a qualified hi-tech supplier. We have gained a sound knowledge of the specific railway demands, which always are the governing factor when choosing the appropriate design, components and manufacturing methods. 

Due to our extensive and practical experience from the railway field, we are able to produce high quality road-rail vehicles with high technological standard, reliability and function. 
 
On 1st January 2006 SRS Rail Vehicles AB was merged with AB Sjölanders, which considerably has strengthened our market position. The new company became SRS Sjölanders AB and are 100% owned by the Heidelberg cement group.  
 
SRS will continue to develop products which meet the requirements from various markets regarding reliability, safety and cost effectiveness.
