SRS Sjölanders has delivered one VRB17 road/rail lorry to Siemens in Erlangen, Germany. The vehicles will be used on the AL MASHAAER AL MUGADDASSAH METRO PROJECT SOUTHERN LINE in Saud Arabia.

The VRB17 is equipped with a SRS Work shop cabinet and has also a passenger part with 4 seats. In the front roof is a SRS scissors access platform and in the rear end a SRS access platform.

On the rear end of the roof is the OVHWizard contact measuring system for detecting of the contact wire position during travel.
